As everyone knows, short sales can be a long and difficult process. Nationwide, only 15-30 percent of short sales get approved. By specializing in short sales, we have learned where many of the problems lie, and have developed procedures to help make short sales close.

Unlike many other short sale facilitators, we do not have any "program," as we have no fees or memberships. Instead, all you have to do is send us a complete short sale package, using our forms and we will facilitate your short sale. We are compensated by the buyer or the agents paying us a 1% fee, subject to a $1,500 minimum, at closing. This fee is fully disclosed and is clearly submitted on the closing HUD-1.
