The Short Sale Assistance Program is looking for qualified Real Estate Professionals to assist in helping homeowners avert foreclosure. Unlike other short sale companies, we will certify you and you will become an Authorized Short Sale Assistance Program Professional for your area. There is no cost to becoming a Certified Program Professional (CPP). Once certified, you will have unlimited short sale processing at no cost to you the Real Estate Professional. We also provide you with Continuing Education. There are rapid changes to short sale & bank policies and procedures, we will educate and update you, so that you can constantly perform better than the rest. When  homeowners call or email us for help, we will in turn provide the information (lead) to you so that you will obtain their listing and we will process the short sale. Remember, there is no cost to the Agent or the homeowner for our services.
